Asil graduated from England and went to study in ESSEC Business School soon thereafter to learn all there is to about hospitality from global leaders within the industry. Soaking up all the knowledge, he moved to Kolkata where he worked alongside his father, the esteemed Nadim Amin, to grow Aminia across multiple fronts. His experience and knowledge led him to opening multiple branches, serving Aminia’s much loved dishes to the people of the city. He is the powerhouse that runs within Aminia’s veins, strengthening its foundations and cementing it in the hearts of everyone around.
Chef Amaad gave up his highly sought after job in consulting in England to pursue a dream in the culinary arts. He moved “Down Under” and studied in Le Cordon Bleu, Australia. To perfect his skills as a chef, he worked in a 1 Hatted restaurant in downtown Sydney. He then moved to Kolkata where he immersed himself with Aminia’s renowned chefs to learn all about the secret recipes, bringing his own twist and expertise into the mix. A master of his craft, he is now bringing his legacy to Dubai – creating and serving the very dishes that put Aminia on the world map of traditional Mughlai cuisine.
Chef Insha was inspired by her family’s legacy in food which prompted her to graduate with a nutrition degree. Having a creative flare, she studied patisserie and the art of world desserts. She moved to Dubai and taught in international schools but her heart remained in hospitality. She was motivated by the city to showcase Aminia on the global platform. Moving to Kolkata she submerged herself in all aspects of the business and learnt everything there was from Nadim Amin so that she could bring Aminia to the Emirates and introduce Aminia’s legacy to Dubai’s residents.
